Help, I am trying to fix the heater on my 2002 Scenic, it looks as if a link has come off but I cannot find where it should go so does anyone have a drawing or link to one I can consult?

No, its not the resistor pack thanks. It is the spider on the drivers side that connects two gear wheels and something else. The something else has come adrift, I can see the arm with the connection point on the spider but what goes on it?
Symptoms are not enough air particularly onto the windscreen.
Do Haynes type manuals have an exploded diagram? I asked them but they didn't reply.
Thanks for looking0
