    2. This prize draw is open to any UK resident, aged 18 or over, who visits https://www.very.co.uk/win and completes an online entry form. The closing date for entry is midnight on 27/11/09.
    3. Employees of Shop Direct Group companies and anyone else involved in the operation of the draw are excluded from entering.
    4. The prize is £5,000 to spend on catalogue goods with Very. A Very account will be opened in the winner's name and will be credited with £5,000 to spend on goods for Christmas.
    5. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
    6. The draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries on 30/11/09. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw and will receive their prize within two weeks.
    7. If you have a Shop Direct Group home shopping account that is in arrears at the time of the draw, you will not be eligible to win.

    sorry to bump, but as it states in term 7 does arrears mean as in not paid or
    like me owe them but up to date with monthly payments?

    "in arrears" means behind with payments - I would read this as meaning that you can have money outstanding with them, but your payments must be up to date :)

    It still reads £5,000 on the entry page i'm reading, cleared cookies and everything.

    If your reading that part after entering, it could be they didn't change the "thanks for entering" page since their last comp which ended last month, which was for £2,000.

  • I think they've just left a couple of pages as they were for the previous draw. The entry page states end date as 27th November and the prize as £5,000. I picked up the information from a catalogue I received today which has this same date and amount listed.
