a) a right to do in his free time what he wishes
b) a right to do type of work he is best suited for and
c) work that rewards him with a decent living

weve paid billions to bail the fat cat banks out, but as usual the attention is back on the most needy on society - judging them for the pennies they scrimp on. You realise that when he goes clubbing and buys drinks or entertainment - he is keeping jobs going? how many jobs is he sustaining of people working in the jobcentre? I much rather my taxes pay for him then on the next magazine clip to wasted in a desert 1000s of miles away - or some MPs new duck house.

Its not about qualifications. Its about who you know and a rigid class system. jobs for the boys etc. Only chance educated people who dont roam in that circle is to take their skills abroad - which sadly many tens of thousands have - all our electricians etc are in Australia.

I 100% agree with you but confused why you think I would read such toilet paper. Daily Mail is far right on the political compass - were talking here about supporting those out of work - not for a life of benefits - but for a fairer and more rewarding system into work.

The LHA system is a scam, invented by the property owning classes to benefit them - and them alone. the owners of multiple private houses fill these up at a rent they choose (the LHA rate) and get government paying off their buy to let mortgages to turn them into multi millionaires in some cases! Our illustrious leader G Brown is hardly on the side of the poorest, he himself owns multiple buy to let properties. So all these people get super rich - and the ones called lazy are the ones working for a fiver a week (gets spent on transport and prescription costs etc).

I stared this post to praise the people who have helped me. These are normal people, not on extreanly high salaries, who choose to spend their day helping peoeple find work. They have done their jobs REMARKABLY well with mw - from the timid, tearful mouse who first applied, to the confident woman who sined off.

Yes, I go to church everyday, there is now way I would have got through the past 10 weeks without it, and I fully intend to recommit to it full time within the next year by returning to the convent I had to leave.

Due to the time I spent in the convent I had no recent work experience at all, except for scrubbing floors and cooking for 20. I am NOT stuck up as you (Booty Babe)seem to think. Just willing to earn my keep. If that had meant scrubbing loos 45hrs a week I would have done.

Maybe you are in a club just now enjoy it. One day you will find you are an adult (in your head not on paper) and regret your drunken antics. Until then, stay safe, find a job, and please do not disrespect my or anyone elses faith. Thanks

bootybabe, have you thought of moving out of London? A fresh start can help you see differentlt and will save you money as London is expensive - why not move to Essex ot Kent or similar - the job agencies in Southend had row on row of vacencies last week when I was there.
