Currys non communication..

Options
This is the SECOND time i have had issues over the same product as my previous posts will have shown..today takes the biscuit!

Just had a nightmare..imagine this..lovely morning out with my mindee and get home..my OLD mobile phone is ringing in the drawer (they had my new one) and so i just manage to answer it (lucky it was even on!)..its Currys calling with a new fridge..a fridge i never even knew was coming today..so mad panic as they are 5 mins away.. i have a very full fridge freezer full of ice and water and a toddler running riot! i try and empty all the ice, stand there just panicking as they said they didnt have time to wait etc and throw everything on the dining table and in the sink..the doorbell goes..there they are WITH NO CRANE...so they have refused to deliver it AGAIN...i could have cried..meanwhile the home phone and my mobile are ringing away and toddler doing god knows what i am left cursing and sending them on their way..
Throw everything back in and sit there in disbelief that AGAIN they haven't taken any notice of the delivery instructions and sent a crane..grrr!!
Just as my brother rings the home phone goes again and the currys man is telling me they will come again tommorow..tell me to quote my order no which i havent got due to never knowing it was coming and eventually sort that out..so another day stuck in at very short notice and me very fed up!!

Have just rung the complaints line ..they couldn't find our address..couldnt get the order not to work for god knows how long..eventually she says 'what a nightmare im very sorry' i say great but i am so so fed uo with it all i just want to point out that with such a big thing it needs addressing as had enough..she said she will email head office, try and get the delivery fee back to us..HA we never paid one as it is free on those at the mo..'right ok' she says she will get me a reply and something..goodbye..hangs up..

Oh if i dont laugh i will cry!!

Well today was even funnier when the new fridge turned up AGAIN (minus a crane i hasten to add!) they brought it up..in the worst weather possible..opened it all up and IT WAS SCRATCHED..now for those of you dont know (and lets face it not many as ive gone on and on about this prob!)..it's glossy black so the slightest flaw is noticable so a scratch is well..awful!
They decided after all the hassle we have had to change the scratched door for our other one and see what it looked like..all was well until the took the bits off the back and there is a dent ahhhhh..apparantly not a prob and aclled LG and still covered under warranty so we now have it here..they were here for almost 3 hours bless them.

SO i want to know if anyone has a Currys complaints email or even better address other than the normal one..as they are all getting one as i am disgusted with the crap we have had to deal with.
    Thanks

The only email for complaints I know of is customerservices@dsgiplc.com (or @currys.co.uk).

You could email particular people, but it'll most likely get passed back to the main customer services team. Also, when you get a delivery, do they still give you the direct phone number for the depot on the sheet?

As for writing (or emailing), I'd recommend sending a copy to the store you're dealing with, too. It's always possible they may be better able to sort things out.

It'll be @dsgiplc.com now, but don't be under the impression that he'll personally sort it out.

Esqui thankyou..i got a reply from this via the MD's pa lady..she has been fab however the problem is still going on as the new one was due today and they have cancelled due to the lift breaking. This lady rung me shortly after i emailed her and sighed and said she couldn't believe it either..she has rung numerous times throughout the morning saying she has asked the delivery men to do it out of goodwill but no..they will do it with another bloke (hubby has done his knee in and is livid saying why should we)..it can be delivered tommorow but we have to arrange men etc..no time slot at all and they are doing it as a favour as not doing this area tommorow..grrr so it is now due again on tuesday..i wont hold my breath..and we still have no fridge.

    Here's hoping!

Can I also just ask which area you are in? If you don't want to say, I can tell by the first four numbers of your order (74xx). I have some contacts in at our local delivery centre who are pretty good.
