Mouldy Fox's Classic Biscuit :(

I purchased a packet of Fox's Classic Biscuits this week and stored them in my cupboard (as you do!) and I've just opened one and its got mould on one end, all coming out of that hole left in the chocolate, I guess where the filling is put in? (or where the equipment finishes drawing the chocolate across I don't know!)

No 11.30 snack for me! I've never returned products under these circumstances before, should I take them back to the Supermarket or contact the Company direct? I couldn't find a postal address on the Fox's website, just an email form to fill out.

I'm not looking to sue them for emotional turmoil or 'stress' or anything ridiculous, my money back or another packet of biscuits would be fab though :D

I think that form is the only way to contact fox's, my experience is that fox's will take note of teh complaint and could well investigate why it happened and rectify it whereas the supermarket may just give you a refund and may not do anything and just chuck the biscuits away. Ive contacted various food producers about problems and got a voucher for the problem, there is an address though if you click on that biscuit on what looks like a google map. You still got the wrapper as they could tell when it was produced and what production line
