Are you at all crafty?? you could make your own? if you google for a template I am sure there would be plenty come up!
I just used crisps etc as none of us are particularly bothered about popcorn so it was easier for me!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
I've doing a movie hamper but I've just bought stuff as I've seen it. I bought a box of Butterkist microwave popcorn from HB (3 in pack for £1). I also bought a box of chocs from there for £1.
Instead of buying a dvd (as I didn't know what they had already seen), I bought a gift card from blockbuster so they could get whatever they wanted.
Good luck xNerd No. 12452014 Challenges:Attempting to snowball to freedom!0 -
I did a 'girly night in' hamper for a friend - it was great!
It had -
DVDs
Microwave popcorn (I get mine from Tesco for about £1.39 for 3 bags)
Bags of sweets - got a MASSIVE bag for £1 from poundstretcher.
5 x sachets of hot chocolate for £1 in tesco - the Options ones.
Mini box of celebrations (one of the stockingfiller sizes)
Mini bottle of wine (one of the 3 for £5 250ml size ones).
Total cost (excluding dvds - scoured charity shops!) was probably about £6, not too bad.
Depending on how old your son is - maybe a nice bottle of beer / some mini boozes?
Hope that gives you some ideas!0 -
