Hi,
My dad tells me he keeps getting charged by mcaffee virus protection £39 every year, even though he chooses the cancel option many times, and now just uses AVG. He did write an email, and got a response saying it would cancel, and yet again the money way just snatched out of his bank.

does anyone know what can be done about this constant theft.
(he says he's not too bothered as it's not a huge amount). If thousands of people around the world buy this rubbish on a cheap deal, then have this happen they are just disshonestly coining it in!!

ive searched the net and found many other people have had the same problem. even charging a huge rate for their phone line when you complain.
