'No longer reistered' bidder - Can't I get my fees back quicker?

I opened a dispute because a bidder with 0 feedback placed a bid and I had a sufficient amount of evidence that this bidder was a scammer. I opened a NPD after 7 days, now the bidder is not registered with 4 negs.....Do I still have to wait 7 or 8 days till I get my FVF back?

His not registered and I think eBay should just give my FVF back, no point waiting another wek or so as the bidder obviously would.nt respond.

Opinions anyone?

i think if you log into your account you can instantly claim back the fees by closing the dispute.

im sure that is what i done last week on a non paying bidder,and they then appeared de registered.

I tried to close dispute but does'nt give me any other options other than 'We've completed the transaction and we're both satisfied'.

He got kicked off eBay the day after I opened a NPB dispute. All this is doing my head in, thats the third NPB in about 10 days!!!

looks like you have to wait the full 7 days before closing the dispute,as the other person has not responded to the npb dispute

Could have been worse, he could have scammed you and you had lost a phone!
