I appreciate my responses may make me seem petty, vindictive and small minded, but that is essentially because at heart I am petty, vindictive and small minded.
Please do not try and deny my god given right to derive pleasure from being mean to people.0 -

Pretty much that they were pointless, while at least Hamish's did have points on the topic that could be discussed.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

Hamish apparently was banned from hpc.co.uk, and then came over here with a gut full of issues and a point to prove. He was apparently unaware this is a different forum with different people.
I dont think he ever even introduced himself. Just got straight in there.0 -

You having a go at Hamish again?, could you not at least wait till he posts
It's very right wing to shut down or ban people with opposing views.
Especially as they seem so far to have been the correct views.
I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate being banned for having views from the wrong side of the fence.
Having opposing views is an excellent oppertunity to discuss points and open your mind to new and interesting facts:wall:

Correct me if I'm wrong.
But didnt the CML always publish the average age of FTBs? Or is this in a different report?0 -

Anyone with even the mildest optimism on the housing market gets banned by hpc.co.uk
Pity that the crunch is now over, and so many former bears are now buying !!!

What will hpc.co.uk do now?0 -

The FTBer age does sometimes get reported from the CML, but this is about monthly sales.
On a FTBer front, its interesting that 39% of all mortgages were new loans for FTBers:wall:

and there's me thinking that all FTBers were totally priced out of the market... pffffff that's another HPC.co.uk myth out of the window :T0 -

If anything, the rise in FTBs shows that the best time to buy has probably passed, and that we are back on for continued house price rises.
The crash that never was, has now been replaced by service as usual.
Bye bye bears
