I hope yu can help me I bought £100 worth of next vouchers from a buyer with 99% feed back nearly 500 feedback comments left from buyers and sellers. I paid on the 24/5 and still haven't received the vouchers. They are meant to be posted first class recorded delivery. Tried emailing the seller in a friendly way on Tue and Thurs no response. What now ???

Should have arrived by now, just check that the post office haven't tried to deliver them and you've been out.... sorry to state the obvious, but I've done it myself!

If they haven't try the seller again, and then if all else fails file an item not received with Paypal. That usually gets things moving.

If he has 500+ feedback then he's not dodgy and things do unfortunately go walkies in the post!

Assuming you paid by paypal you can start a chargeback as 7 days have elapsed.

Alternatively call up the sellers contact details and give them a call, they might just be a slow poster. Incidentally, recorded delivery won't cover th eloss of these vouchers, firstly as the value exceeds £32 and secondly because I believe that they are considered 'like money' and therefore need to be sent special delivery.

my pin number for my new bank card was sent on the 24th, i still haven't recieved it die to the bank holiday monday in scotland.

For something that is a letter and was sent via Record/SD should of got to you by now. Contact the seller and see whats going on.
