There's loads of coach houses around, so I guess that someone likes them.
I'm having a valuation done on Friday. I'm busy doing some work to the property at the moment, jobs that I put off.Happy chappy0 -
Why not sell the flat and rent the 2 bed cottage for a while to see if thats what you would prefer. You still have the option of buying a coach house in the future and you would be a chain free buyer which may get you an even better price.0

I can't believe it has been 3 and a half years already! You haven't bought a second place in the meantime?
We looked at a couple of coach houses up in Tewkes, but my major concern was that the garages beneath would make the place cold. The one we looked at was newly built, but very small, although Bryant did have a bigger one to offer us, but it still waivered on my mind.
If I were you I would stick yours on the market and take it from there. There is bound to be more buyers in the spring, so you may be able to geta good deal. I don't know your budget and I don't really know Stroud, but there seems to be a good selection of houses on the market that could be worth a look. It's a bit too far away for us otherwise we would consider looking down there.0 -
Yes, I'm busy retiling the bathroom. Having it valued soon and see how it goes from there.Happy chappy0
