:beer:Everyone is doing so well:beer: I've only had one slip up last week when I bought a bar of chocolate on the way to work:o! Was feeling guilty because I had to miss DS2 nativity and he was Joseph!! Grandad went instead though.
Have just found out I'm going to need an op on my foot in the new year and will be laid up for a couple of weeks. That will be a test to resist buying any magazines to stop me getting bored!!20K by Xmas 2010 (10 in 10 challenge - debt):

I did buy lunch at work yesterday but it was a huge salad for £3 that was absolutely amazing and very very healthy! I don't count it as a slip because I planned to get it as we had nothing in the house that I could take that isn't already set aside for Christmas! Hello! Just stopping in
I'm doing so-soI'm managing to bring my lunch to work most days, and am getting in some extra exercise every day (and have lost a few pounds as a result of probably both things :j)
So I'm not taking lunch every single working day or getting an extra 15 mins every day - but I'm doing a whole lot better than I used to, all thanks to the challenge
On the no buying random things I haven't purchased one thinghave looked at pretty dresses in sales, "collectables" on ebay, bargains from the grabbit thread etc etc and not a penny has been spent :T
Hope everyone else is getting on ok - Have a fab Christmas :xmassign:The debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time

Have been using up some samples. Also have been walking to work, which takes half an hour. Finished my temp job for Christmas, but back there for 1 week in New Year, so will be trying to walk round park or to my sisters.
Hoping everyone stays well and enjoy themselves over the Christmas.
Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. :xmassmileFrugal Living Challenge 2025 Mortgage free as of 1st August 20130 -

A small step backwards for me.... I got a few smellies for Christmas, so have more to use up! All are lovely though and didn't cost me any money
Hope you all had a good Christmas....

A few steps forward for me! Gave quite a lot away in gift hampers this year including full size moisturiser and serum to mum and hair products too.
Have cleared out some space and got a latge bubble bath in return and a useless set of body shop travel size products when I already have a lot in this size and I am not keen on their products. Can't wait until they are used up and gone!
Used up wise - a Decleor Balm Essential
Next to finish - Liz Earle Superskin Moisturiser and another large size moisturiser I have been using on my neck and chest.
Onwards and upwards for the New Year!
