anyone heard of these? Are they inhouse dca to any of the banks/finance companies?

Yes, heard of them, DCA.
Don't know if they're related to any banks.
Chased a Natwest CC debt a couple of years ago.
They left two trace searches on my Equifax credit file, one month apart.
They even sent a letter addressed to "The Occupier" saying "Please contact XXX on XXX regarding a very important matter, Please quote reference XXX." Luckily I opened it before anyone else did!0 -
Just another in a long line of scumbag lying 'debt' companies no doubt.
Give them no more weight of importance or notice than a guy standing at the corner of the street selling 5 pairs of socks for £1.0
