Still waiting for the quidco query to be sent

I was in the same situation having put in a query about a week ago and then read that queries won't be processed but it has just tracked so good news.

As toolkits now seem to be arriving I am looking forward to further good news, hopefully anyway.

    Just received the following e-mail:-

    Sale Date: 2006-06-16 11:43:37
    Merchant: Computer Shopper
    Sale Amount: 1.00
    Earnings: 7.00
Description: subscribed on above date, £1. taken from bank account 20th July.
    £7. not tracking on Quidco.

    Hi Derrick,

Unfortunately we will not be able to send this enquiry on to be investigated.

Enquiries between the dates of the 14th and 28th of June have been marked successful on a "first come, first served" basis due to a discrepancy in the number of enquiries users have raised and the number of sales recorded by the affiliate network during this period.

Due to the initial tracking problems there are no records available to distinguish
between those users whose enquiries did not track because of this specific problem and
those which did not track due to other reasons (such as competing cookies)

We felt this was the fairest way to handle the matter with the compensation we
received and we are sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.

    Regards,

    Paul

Having just checked Quidco site I found the following under Enquiries, so it looks like I might just have made it.

Date Merchant Amount (£) Earnings (£) Status

    16 Jun 2006 Computer Shopper 1.00 7.00 processed

I don't think that means you will be paid.

    From the Quidco site:

Processed - Your enquiry will be marked processed if it has appeared in your account since you submitted it, or if you have detailed that the purchase was not fully completed online. It will also be marked processed if you are submitting a duplicate enquiry (this will not speed up the resolution of your original enquiry but only clogs our system - please avoid doing this). We also cannot compensate for out-of-date rates, but will contact you if this is the case.

Finally it will be marked as processed if the amount of commission is less than £1.00 as we are no longer able to support these. We appreciate reports for missing commissions as it does assist us in analysing merchant performance so it is still appreciated if you submit these enquiries. "

If you were going to get the money it would be marked as "successful". :o
