Mine hasn't tracked on Quidco. I've sent a query to Quidco but not holding out much hope. I've had loads of untracked transactions and never seem to get anywhere with the queries. This is despite clearing cookies and temp files :mad:

i rang them up a few days ago to ask about the tool kit and they said they had sold out but was due to get some more in this week and i should recieve it within 14 days.
So hopefully we should all get it within 14 days. If not i'll be ringing up again.0 -

I am in the same situation too but my experience of Quidco tracking hasn't been good generally with only 2 of 6 to date.
This particular deal was / is recognised as problematical but there are assurances they will be processed even if semi manually.0 -
First issue arrived today but no toolkit! I'll be watching this one closely as i only signed up for the free toolkit! Can I cancel my DD now as I have just received the first issue or do I need to wait?
