Quidco and tracking

anyone else having recent problems with tracking in quidco.
last month i had one problem with a validation which appears to be resolved at least for now.
another transaction from about 2 weeks ago has not yet tracked and on raising a ticket quidco say to wait till 6 weeks--this was for insurance
bit the bullet and went again for O2 £100 cashback deal and this has not tracked in 5 days now.
am getting worried......:mad:
at least i can cancel the o2 sim if it doesnt track in another day or 2.
anyone else with recent problems.
all the small amounts seem to track without any issues.

Yup, me too, been using quidco for over 3 years and only had problems of late, like you, my small ones are fine and they send you a tracking receipt. Swintons motorcycle ins declined as they say it tracked elsewhere! I am also waiting on my EDF cashback as well(another ticket raised).I did enquire the day after the EDF but was told i had to wait to raise a ticket, so if this declines i will be switching suppliers again! Not having much luck and my faith is starting to dwindle at the moment. Funny how all the small ones go through no problem! I am about to renew my car insurance but am going to try another cashback site to see if my luck will change, will post back if successful, LOL!

I got car insurance through quidco last july, It is my first attemp with them I have followed their instructions ridgedly, I am still waiting for my £75 cashback, I am informed by them that it will take up to 8 months!! why so long

Just had £65 declined for sky HD. I followed all the t&c's. Will raise a ticket with them. Poor show!

Good news, Scottish Power £110 has tracked (order placed on 9 December) so may be the suppliers causing the issues not Quidco?

I have used Quidco previously and found the cashback has tracked and been paid quickly.

But in Aug I took out Sainsbury Home Insurance, this tracked immediately but still only shows as validated. Also took out EDF energy dual fuel, this didn't track to start with but raised a ticket and it is now showing as validated but still not paid.

Getting very frustrating now!

I took the Sainsburys insurance as well and have chased quidco, they e-mailed me the following:
"We anticipate that all outstanding Sainsbury's Finance transactions from this period will update by January 2010"

so presumably we won't have to wait much longer!

That should be the least of your worries - the fact that you signed up to O2 should be of greater concern.
