Brilliant, cheap compatible printer ink.

I was doing a lot of printing at the weekend on my Canon Pixma IP5200, knocking out A4 portrait shots. Then the ink warning came up, and I didn't have any spares.
So, I trawled the net, and came across a company through Amazon - Moreinks. I phoned them up yesterday, and ordered a double set of ten cartridges for £23.81, which included delivery. They arrived today!!! I have installed three of the cartridges, and have started printing again, and the quality is every bit as good as the original Canon cartridges.
So, if anyone is interested, the company is:

Service like this deserves a mention

  • Just recommended this to my uncle for a printer he bought off a mate for the change in his pocket (£3.70)

With any luck he'll get the same service you did

    Thanks for sharing

Good value if you print large amounts, but if you don't want to buy five or ten at a time, the chipped Inkrite cartridges that 7DayShop sell at £2.99 each delivered are better value, and they also work just as well as the massively expensive Canon originals.

But they will let me mix and match the cartridges, so that I do not have to worry about stocking up on cartridges that I do not require.
So, the rate at which I am using them at the moment, it makes good sense, and works out even cheaper than £2.99 each (which is also a pretty good price).

Thanks Andy - I have a pixma 4200 and need more ink and the prices are winceworthy so one of my tasks tonight was to try and find a good supplier.

Serendipity in action. Mwa Mwa - loving your work.

The advantage with these cartridges, as far as I can see, is that they contain the chip, which means that you can still monitor ink levels, and the other great thing, is if you use more of one colour than another, they can balance that out in your order. So, looking at my current use, I may need to order 3 Bk5, 3Bk8, and share the next four between the colours, maybe ordering 2 Magenta.
