    It would be in Scans interest to honor the warranty as it doesn't look good if their products are failing 10 days after warranty. However, its really up to their digression as it is technically out-of-warranty :(

    I did read somewhere once that it's not uncommon for hardware companies, especially OEM to blatantly lie about the wattage of PSUs so if you could prove that it's not pulling it's weight then you could have some ground to stand on.

    The problem is it *does* pull it's weight, it's a champion PSU...

    It's actually 1 month and 10 days (now 11) out of warranty - I got the dates mixed up.
