(i am asking this on behalf of a frend)
i purchased a sofa for £500 cash from an independant retailer.In jan 2009
the zips broke a month later on the back of the sofa so they replaced the whole back (dont ask me why!
)
I noticed that the back was farrrrr too big for the sofa which is not distorted as my pillows wont fit on the zip now.
I attempted to contact the company on a number of occassions i went into the store, called and wrote two letter however they just fob me off saying they will call me.:rolleyes:
Have i got any rights? i just want my sofa to be in the same condition as i purchased it.
there repair has made things alot worse.
Any help is much apprechiated.
