ipod phones

My 15 year old DD wants an ipod for her birthday, but she also wants a mobile phone as her current one is really old. I am not very up on stuff like this and think I saw an advert on TV the other night for an ipod phone which holds 3000 tunes - is this right and can anyone tell me what it is and how much I should expect to pay for one? Thanks!
Jane

I think you mean the new Nokia N91

    http://www.nokia.com/nseries/index.html?loc=inside,main_n91&lang=en&country=GB

This is packed with all the latest goodies

4GB hard drive which will hold approx 1500 songs.

What you are looking for is the Motorola ROKR E1 iTunes Phone.

Its had mixed reviews, google for more info.

The ROKR is a bit crap - supposedly only stores 100 tunes or something? The newer Motorola V3im also has iTunes functionality - heard it advertised on the radio earlier and it said that it only stores 100 tunes too!

The Nokia N91 is a whole lot of a better proposition - quite pricey though and not actually compatible with iTunes - it's just a phone with a huge memory that can be used as an MP3 player.

How about a Sony Ericsson walkman phone, it has a decent camera on it and also the ability to store music on the two memory cards

You can get it on pay na dgo but not sure of the price

The SE w800 only has a half gigabyte stick as standard, and it certainly won't replace the iPod for cool. the headphones are good with it mind.

You could get an o2 x3 for real cheap, nice phone, has 1.3 mp camera, takes miniSD card, plays mp3's, records unlimited video, small, lightweigt, comes with headphnes.

I like it, have had for 1 and a 1/2 yrs - good little cheap phone

Can play mp3 and aac think has a dedicated mp3 player button and canplay songs trough the speaker as well as hphones

Camera is a little slow though. But good for a phone
