I brought a printer direct from Amazon. I brought it mainly because it boasted automatic double sided printing. Anyway it arrived less than 12 hours after I ordered and found it didn't have automatic double sided printing! You have to do it manually. So I complained to Amazon by e-mail and within 20mins I had an e-mail back offering me 15% of the total price (inculding delivery) as a refund to resolve the matter. They said they would change the specs of the printer
Very impressive service overall.
I checked today two weeks later and the specs listed for the printer still says automatic double sided printing!! You think they would change that as soon as possible as it was a fair bit of money they refunded me. You wonder how many other people will be caught out.
