Hi all.
Can anyone help?
My car was involved in an accident and was taken to a garage for a repair estimate. When my car came back the spare wheel was missing. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for a spare wheel. Firstly they couldn't find it, then because mine was an alloy there was another delay because they had to get one from the main dealer. Now they are waiting for it to arrive and then they have to put a tyre on it. Is there anything I can do to make them hurry up? My boot is beginning to sag in the middle and what if I am unfortunate enough to get a puncture?

Not having a spare isn't unusual, many cars sold these days don't have them at all.
