Problem TV

I bought a Technika TV/DVD from Tesco around April time, haven't got the exact dates on me, in June i had to take it back as the dvd player had stopped working and they gave me a new one no problem.
Now i have a problem with the sound, its as if its vibrating? Not really sure how i can describe it but it makes it very difficult to hear and understand what is going on. The volume is on low, between 8 and 12 and i've never had a problem with it before.
Would i now be entitled to a refund? Or would i have to have a replacement. I have all reciepts and packaging for it.
Thanks

It would be up to Tesco to remedy (as per the sale of goods act). They might refund, but will probably replace.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
