Problem TV

I bought a Technika TV/DVD from Tesco around April time, haven't got the exact dates on me, in June i had to take it back as the dvd player had stopped working and they gave me a new one no problem.

Now i have a problem with the sound, its as if its vibrating? Not really sure how i can describe it but it makes it very difficult to hear and understand what is going on. The volume is on low, between 8 and 12 and i've never had a problem with it before.

Would i now be entitled to a refund? Or would i have to have a replacement. I have all reciepts and packaging for it.

Thanks

It would be up to Tesco to remedy (as per the sale of goods act). They might refund, but will probably replace.
