Banners / 8 page spreads / 360 VR

Does anyone know how i could print an A4 8page spread which is a banner on one sheet of paper (its set up in m$ publisher).

Alternatively do you know any online sites that provide banner printing.

Also its a panoramic picture so needs to be high qual.

Oh and while i'm at it how do i make one of the 360 Quicktime Vr's i always see, or equivalent, it dont have to be quicktiime, anyone know how to do one of those from a set of images or just one panoramic.

Oh and finnaly how can i turn my panaramic into a video that basically just scrolls along it .

My queries are:
