Sofa filling

I have a leather sofa which I've had for 5 years, and I have to say the foam filling at one side (the side I normally sit at
) is now flat as a pancake, and not terribly comfy any longer. I definitely don't want to shell out on a new sofa (I can't afford one anyway), but wondered how easy/difficult it would be to repair it myself (they are attached to the sofa base, so no easy access)? Failing that, is it very expensive to have it done professionally (and where would I need to go)?
Any help you lot can give me, I'd appreciate it!!
