I am employed as an office worker (specifically stated in my contract). Where I work, we get deliveries of heavy items on a regular basis that need to be carried to a separate store about 300 yards from our office. You should approach this from a fundamental level, establish is this or isn't this your job? If it is has it now become a gender issue, if it isn't your job stop doing it.

Does your post have the same job description as female co-workers?
