Question for you guys, got a call few month back BT, as I WAS ON THERE TOTAL BROADBAND, was told we can make your line rental less, so I went for the lower offer he gave me, but not knowing he put me down an option and ive now got excess internet charges amount to £115 for 1 quarter, Ive now changed back to my total bradband as before, but iam really annoyed the extra charges, is there anything I can do to get back? tried calling and speaking to someone, but yes your correct outsourced somewhere abroad, has anyone had this done also, re moving exsiting broadband packages down so customers incurr extra charges, as if they dont make enough.

All BT broadband packages except Option 3 have a 10GB monthly cap, if you went down to option 1 excess charges would apply above that level.

Yes realise that, but the offer from BT telesales told me would be charged next tariff up if I went over, thats my crib, I am sorted for future because I am now back on total broadband 100 gig a month option think thats 3?

Was just wondering if any of you, ever wrote to them asking for a refund, due to one of there employees changing my package?
