Even more exciting then lol xx
Is my letter from the OR enough to use for cleaning up files in a couple of months time, or do I need the proper wotsit thingy from the courts. As letter says that I can apply to court if I want the proper official thingy. x:EasterBun

Normally the ED notification is enough. A few lenders can be awkward and want the full certificate, but not too often.
If you are claiming income rather than contribution based JSA if you are unemployed, then you can get the certificate for free. Or if you are on a few other specific benefits. Basically the ones that would have exempted you from the original court BR fee. If by chance you can get if for free, then you may as well.

You probably can. Check with the court what they want.
The only one I know for definite dropped the request and exemption form into the court personally. The court then posted them the cert.
But different courts may do it differently.
As said, check with them. Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
