Sorry for the hijack!
Spoke to a LLoyds employee about charges, they're quite new but they said they were told they can waive forthcoming charges on a file as a goodwill gesture but only once every 12 months..
I will be trying to dig out more info on the whole backdated charges when he gets more details for me.0
