Hotel booking cancellation help please?

Hi.

2 weeks ago I was trying to find a room for June 3rd, and came across yeego.com.
They offered a really good rate on a hotel that everybody else said was full. I ordered the room, and the confirmation page stated that they would let me know when the room was "confirmed" as what I had done was just a request effectively.
I heard nothing back, and therefore my sister booked some other rooms with another company. However, yeego have charged my card, so I logged onto the site to see that the order is now "confirmed". It states in the T&C's that I can cancel as soon as I get confirmation if I wish at no charge. But it also states that any cancellation within 5days of arrival will give me no refund.

I never got the confirmation and have NO idea what to do. I emailed yeego as I cant find a telephone number, and they have yet to reply. I dont want to lose £130 that I cannot afford.

The hotel say that I have to contact this company to cancel the room :(

Can anybody please suggest what I should do? Will Mastercard reverse the charge after tomorrow if I request them to? I really dont have any idea what the best action is :(

Thanks
Be nice

The telephone number says "either everybody is busy" or the office is closed, and to leave a telephone number.
    Not looking ideal.

I dont think its too dodgy in that the site seems quite good, and the reservation has been made with the hotel. Just not good in that I dont know how to get it cancelled :(
    Hope they phone back

Leave your contact details and email them uk@yeego.com.again and keep copies.
Contact cc company, and put the payment in dispute.
If they say they sent confirmation, ask for copy.
    Good Luck.

    Good idea :)

The only thing worrying me is that the emails may have ended up as junk and would be the reason I never got them. If that was the case, they wouldnt be blamed, and I guess I will lose out :(

    What a pain.
