Have been watching this programme which tells you about your rights, would recommend it.

Consumer show that goes to extreme lengths to make viewers aware of their rights so they can fight back and avoid being screwed.
On the receiving end of the team's appalling customer service are a bowler who gets her gear stolen from a changing room, a customer whose wine delivery gets smashed and a hotel guest who, in spite of his innocence, is billed for watching !!!!!!.
