Mobile Phone Contract Misprice

Hi,

I ordered a contract online yesterday with a popular UK mobile phone provider (orange). I accepted all the terms and conditions and was advised the phone would arrive this coming Wednesday.

Now I have found out that the package I selected was a misprice and has since been removed from the site.

Does the service provider have the power not to honour the contract and not send me the phone?

I was wondering this because they may call me up and say they are unable to fulfil the contract - should I just accept if they tell me they can’t give me at that price?

Please advise.

I am 100% sure it was a misprice. (Im not sure if this is allowed, but I can post the deatails of the contract here and its obvious its a misprice)

How would I get access to ther terms and coniditons? - I just ticked the box.The order was completed wholly online.

I would imagine that your confirmation email would link to the terms and conditions. Otherwise they will be on the Orange website.
