makeover day - no photos after 12 weeks

hi there. I attended a makeover day in Newcastle 12 weeks ago and still havent received my photos. They stated there would be a delay on the photos of up to 8 weeks. So after 9 weeks I gave customer services a call and they said they would definitely send them within that week. Still no photos. So I rang them again and they said someone from Newcastle (it was a virgin day so I had to ring a central number) would have to ring me back, no call. I rang again on Wednesday, 11 weeks exactly after the makeover day, asked to speak to a manager but apparently there were none available. The lady I spoke to promised me a manager would ring back within 3 days, again no call. She also promised the photos would be sent out within 3 days but no photos. I'm going to ring again in the morning and I was just wondering what my rights are and whether I can ask for my money back (over £150), if I could ask for the photos to be sent my courier maybe, or compensation? The lady I spoke to offered me another makeover day but to be honest I wouldn't go back. Thanks for your help.

Could anyone help? I spoke to the manager today who is going to ring back later in the afternoon with a 'guarenteed delivery date' (already had 2 of those). I'm not sure what I can legally expect from them? Would this be classed under the Supply of Goods and Services Act as they haven't completed their side of the contract within a reasonable time (13 weeks to print off 4 photos and send them to me)?

I would write to them giving them a time limit (7 days perhaps) and tell them if you don't receive the photos within that time period you'll expect a refund.
Send the letter recorded delivery so you can prove that it was delivered to them and that should light a fire under them.

If they don't send the photos or organise a refund, then you'll have to proceed with small claims court action, but I would have thought that this would only entitle you to the amount you spent, not compensation unless you can demonstrate that you have been significantly inconvenienced or suffered hardship as a result, but someone better versed with these matters might be able to advise you more specifically. Good luck!
