Should I be honest with my gym, or keep quiet?

I joined a large chain of gyms a few years back on a corporate membership which allowed me use of all their sites in the UK. Before signing up I asked the advisor if there were any restrictions at all on this - I travel around the country with work and wanted to make sure I could use all of them as and when I wanted. She spoke to her boss who confirmed this would be absolutely fine.
I've had no problems for about 3 years then last month they sent me some new T&Cs. It now says that you must use your home gym 50% of the time over a 3 month period, something which I cannot be certain I'll do.
Should I contact the gym and warn them I cannot adhere to this or just keep quiet and hope they don't say anything? I'd like to hope that they would be kind to me being a member for several years.
Any advice would be helpful.:o

Do they have any kind of electronic "swiping" in system, or do you just show your card?
If electronic, they will be able to track your comings and goings, and no which gym you have used. Also if electronic, do you need to "swipe" out as well, or just in?
If just in - go there a few times, swipe in, stay 5 minutes (not even necessarily in the gym!) and go - you have then technically visited.
Alternatively - is there one gym that you would use more, and would it be worth changing your "home" gym to a different one?0 -
That would count as a major change to your contract and you would be able to cancel without penalty, although I appreciate you probably don't want to!0
