All the recipes sound lovely, and I lurked 'cos I can never make crumbs stick. I do remember my Grandam used to coat chicken in crushed crisps, which gave a nice flavour.

Annabel Karmel has a recipe for fish fingers coated in crushed cornflakes-they make it at my ds's nursery and it always goes down really well. The staff said they are really yummy.xx0
