are you connecting direct via the Blueyonder Modem/router or via another PC ??
try turning the router off for 5 minutes, then turn it back on and see if it is workingEx forum ambassador

try start>settings>network connection... try to enabel them (if any are dissabeled, it may be the cause of your problem).
also verify your connection settings... the username, password and dial number blueyonder gave you.
if not, try to disabel your firewall and connect. if it works, re-enabel your firewall and configure it to enabel your internet0 -

Most domestic cable ISPs (including NTL, Blueyonder) have the cable modem configured to recognise only one client PC, by the MAC address of its network interface. Once the cable modem has learnt the MAC address of the first PC that talks to it, it will not respond to another MAC address in any way. Thus if you swap one PC for another (or for a router), the new PC (or router) will not work with the cable modem, because the new PC (or router) has a different MAC address to the old one. To reset the cable modem so that it will recognise the new PC, you must power the cable modem off and on again. Once the cable modem has rebooted and gone fully online again (indicator lights settled down), reboot the newly connected PC so that it makes a DHCP request, or manually make it request a new DHCP lease.Ex forum ambassador

looks like as you have changed PC's it will be a different MAC address, you need to turn the Cable Modem off and on and then reboot the PC to aloow it to learn the new addressEx forum ambassador
