If he hasn't done a CBT course yet, they will offer advice. He will have to do one of those courses before he is allowed on the road anyway.0

and a £300 helmet can be just as bad as a £30 helmet, as proven in sharp independant tests the govenment commissioned.
what was the out come of those tests again? oh yes thats it a certain model of arai came out worse than a shark helmet.
Whats the best helmet to buy? the one that fits properly and is the right shape for your head, wether that be a £30 G-MAC or nitro or a £500 arai0 -
As said above - fit is critical - go to a good dealer such as Hein Gericke and they will advise on fitment and he can try them on.
HJC always get good reports and are not too expensive.
