Hi,
I'm pretty sure that i have asked this question before, but am just clarifying things in my head.
I have taken out an IVA and am not married but living with my partner. Will this affect his ability to obtain credit as he is contributing into my IVA??

Are you finacailly connected? Joint bank account? Joints debts ? Is it a single IVA in your name or joint with him ?TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0 -
We have a joint bank account.
The IVA is in my sole name and will be paid monthly via my sole bank account.0 -

If you are financially link with bank account the IVA will probally effect his credit file, is this account included in the IVA?
He should send for copies of his credit file to check what info is on it .TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0 -
No this account is not included in the iva, it is a basic account with no overdrafts etc. We also have a mortgage together.0
