Virgin Money login issues?

EDIT - I mean Credit Card card
Not sure if its just me, but my password is currently being rejected as incorrect (i know it isnt).
I rang Virgin who confirmed my last date of login (which was me). They say its not possible to change password without loggin in so at a bit of a loss! They have suggested they delete my account entirely and i re-set up a new logon but will only do that as a last resort.
Trying the "forgot my password" lets me verify my details but then says Server Error.
Guess the question is "Am i alone?"

I logged in fine this morning. Must be a problem with their system.0 -
Good stuff thanks.. i'm pretty hot at keeping everything secure and was on the cusp of changing every password known to man which would have been a pain in the !!!! :-) (though not as much as being hacked!)
Pity the customer service peeps weren't made aware as cant believe we're the only two.
Thanks again..0 -
MBNA's online banking is having several issues at the moment (judging by the number of emails I recieved earlier in work) - I would leave it an hour or two.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Back in business again... was doing it for the entire afternoon..
A shade worrying being told that your password has apparantly been locked out by someone, or worse, changed.
Thanks for the replies guys.0
