EDIT - I mean Credit Card card

Not sure if its just me, but my password is currently being rejected as incorrect (i know it isnt).

I rang Virgin who confirmed my last date of login (which was me). They say its not possible to change password without loggin in so at a bit of a loss! They have suggested they delete my account entirely and i re-set up a new logon but will only do that as a last resort.

Trying the "forgot my password" lets me verify my details but then says Server Error.

Guess the question is "Am i alone?"

No, same thing is happening to me right now.

I logged in fine this morning. Must be a problem with their system.
  • Good stuff thanks.. i'm pretty hot at keeping everything secure and was on the cusp of changing every password known to man which would have been a pain in the !!!! :-) (though not as much as being hacked!)

Pity the customer service peeps weren't made aware as cant believe we're the only two.

    Thanks again..

MBNA's online banking is having several issues at the moment (judging by the number of emails I recieved earlier in work) - I would leave it an hour or two.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

no idea what my nerdnumber is - i am now officially nerd 229, no idea on my debt free date
  • Back in business again... was doing it for the entire afternoon..

A shade worrying being told that your password has apparantly been locked out by someone, or worse, changed.

    Thanks for the replies guys.
