I'm in the process of buying a kitchen tap and have settled on this from the TapCentre. As a new user i can;t post a direct link but put this after the initial tapcentre .com bit /en/kitchen-taps/modern-kitchen-taps/berkley-kitchen-tap.php

in the brushed Nickel finish.

My question is this, are all taps, chrome and nickel finish plated ontop of a Brass body? and would peeling be an issue?

Also, if buying a tap of ebay, would peeling be a bigger issue? also, are there other things to worry about if buying off of ebay?

Yes usually.

Where's the warranty and service support if it doesn't work properly?
