Don't worry. She will get an automatic e-mail telling her you tried to PM and her message box is full. Then she will come looking.
And if that really is an unsigned WPO, boy will she have fun.
Just do not sign it. Put the thinf in an envelope and make sure that the missue knows not to touch it.0 -

That depends. If by 'little' you mean 'massive, stupendous, "if this goes to court they better take bus fair 'cos you'll be driving their car home" sized big, then yes. If by little you mean little then, no.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -

Welcome Finance Credit Agreement says...
If you do not keep to your side of this agreement but you have paid at least one third of the total amount payable under this agreement that is £3406.13 the creditor may nottake back the goods without a court order" under that there is a box my wife signed headed "this is a HP Agreement regulated..blah blah"
We've only had the car 1 year of a 4 year contract.....0 -

As much as I like my flowery language every now and again and as much as I was talking about having some beer earlier in the evening, I was being deadly serious in the substance of my earlier comment. Charges listed for WP on the levy, WP not signed by you, bailiff in the stuff quite deeply. Regardless of the rights and wrongs, the other stuff is something they'd argue about, but the issue around charging for an unsigned WP is unequivocal for at least two reasons I can think of.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -

Which presumably means that you have not yet paid £3406,13 back to them yet?
This is delicious. Oh to be a fly on the wall of the head of revenues at the council responsible when this lands.
Anyway, if you'll excuse me, I have a drink that won't drink itself and an interesting book that won't read itself. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
Oh yes. Don't give the WP back to the council or the bailiff no matter what you do. Keep the whole set of paperwork on you for now. By all means share copies, but keep the originals together. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
