  • oh and i'm going to copy in the Bailiffs and the organisation they're a member of..
  • bump..... sorry, but can someone have alook at my post 2 up from here, it's a letter i'm about to post, I'd love some comments if I need to make changes etc..
  • Well a weeks gone by, not heard anything yet from DCA or Local Authority, had a letter acknowledging my complaint from the ACEA, within a few days.
  • It's now been over 3 weeks since I sent my last letter to Local Authority... I'm not going to ring them just to be sprung a bill over Christmas, but do they have any sort of timescales they should be addearing too?

I also queried a second bill from my last property (not the one this charge is outstanding for) and had an email within a few days cancelling the outstanding charge of £44. so that was happy days.

all the bailiff ammunition you will ever need to ensure a peacefull christmas and a happy new year, i have used some of these templates personally, sent a vulnerable situations letter and a declaration of ownership to marstons, that was around 6 months ago regarding a £20,000 unlawfull charge backed up by a magestrates liability order, my harley davidson and mercedes are still parked on my driveway(but now in my wifes name), and they never even darkened my doorstep, bailiffs are like a dog without any teeth when you know the rules of the game, and how can you play if you don't know the rules?

    Dear Sir/Madam
Re: [YOUR NAME]: Notice of Ownership

I write on the understanding you or your firm of bailiffs has seized, or is intending to seize chattels, vehicles, goods, or property belonging to me at the above-mentioned address in respect of an alleged debt belonging to somebody else.
I confirm that I am the lawful owner of the aforesaid and there is no entitlement enabling you to change ownership, possession, location, use and enjoyment of my property by way of a levy or a walking possession agreement.
This document is delivered by Royal Mail and I deem it to be served on you by the ordinary course of post in the meaning of Section 7 of the Interpretation Act 1978 and therefore your responsibility and your own interests this letter is handed to the relevant person within your organisation.
Any attempt to subvert or rebuke this notice will result in an invalid levy and I will automatically file at court a Form 4 complaint with an application for costs against the certificated bailiff without contacting you further in this matter.

    Yours Sincerely

    YOUR NAME
