well maybe if you think she was worth it i should give up my job and start offering advice to potential bankrupts??!! on no i would not do that because I think its immoral charging such a high amount to someone in debt.0

its my first time so here i go!!
My iva is unaffordable and they will not lower the payments.
Im behind on all the bills and even though myself and my partner work full time we only have enought money for food.
I have one child and just found out i have one on the way.
The house is in negative equity by aroud 15,000 dont know if we should go bankcrupt?????
Will they take the house, we have never defaulted on a payment.
Plaese can someone help or advise. We are in deep S***!!!0 -
call the CCCS and CAB, they'll be able to help you with the leagalities of it all, and the people on the BR sub board at the top of theis page are graet, and friendly...
