Log Book advice
I've just sold my car and was about to send of the V5 to DVLA when I noticed that the seller has filled in their details but not signed the bottom. They live over an hour away so I can't just expect them to call round, I'd prefer not to have to drive to them and I obviously don't want to post it to them.
There is a little voice in my head saying just write their name in the box and be done with it. Can anyone see any practical problems with this?

Yes. It's fraud. I wouldn't risk it.0

Yes - why consider fraud?
Just send it off and if there are any comebacks deal with the problem then.0 -
If everything is on it except the signature (name address etc) I'd just post it to DVLA. Keep a note of the info and if you haven't received an acnowledgement within a month to 6 weeks, write to them.0
