    A post by KON on the Motley Fool board pointing out the fact that the LTV has already dropped by around 30% icon7.gif


    If we base our expectations on the house price to earnings ratio, we are likely to see a peak to trough drop of 30%

    "Save people from negative equity", stop house prices falling, ect ect... no allowance for rebalance from Blanchflower. He wants the market rigged, and new entrant forced to pay rigged high prices.

    At least he recognises it is deflation we're in (even if the twonk thinks reflation is the way out) - whereas so many on the forums refused to accept deflation was ever coming, refuse to accept it is deflation right now, with the real prospect of hyperdeflation which QE is fending off for the moment.
