Thanks - MBNA claim success

Hi Diane,

I don't know if you recall some months ago I wanted some help with my PPI claim against MBNA. Basically, I'd been with them for 10 years & no-one knew whether a claim would go back that far. After following the course of action this site suggests I had a go & today, got a letter from them offering me £1578.

Thanks for the help this site has given to me & others - chalk this one up as another success!

Congratulations on your recent success reclaiming your PPI was that a Loan or Credit card? Only your case just interested me as I am trying to claim back PPI on an old MBNA credit card.

The same thing happened to me - I have been advised that I will get £1033 back re; PPI premiums plus interest - however, you should know that they are INCREDIBLY SLOW in getting the money out to you. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a cheque and every time I call, I am fobbed off. I called today and was advised that the cheque hasn't even left their offices yet!!
