Photo Problem

Can anyone help,
My family and I had a family portrait a couple of weeks ago. We went to view them a few days ago and had to make a decision there and then as to which photos we liked to buy. My partner and I felt like we was pressured into buying them as they didn’t give us any time to discuss alone which ones and the price. I’ve paid half on credit card and the other half on collection (photos would be ready in a months time).
Now we have had time to discuss them we have decided not to got with the photo we choose. I rang them up two days after the viewing and asked to change the order, still having the same photos but only smaller and in different frames, they said " they might of gone to print already" they will get back to me by the end of the day letting me know, heard nothing and still waiting for them to ring.
The cost of the photos are over 4 hundred pound for 4 photos in a frame.
What are my rights???

I'm quite sure any photographers would allow you to go away and think about which prints you would like. What could they possibly do to force you into making a decision there and then, did they hold a gun to your head?
