When you go into your order details, if you scroll down it's below your order and you can download there.

Yes,there may be an easier way to do it, but this works...
if you go to the Tesco download folder, select some music, right-click and select 'open with ...', select itunes, the songs are automatically imported into your itunes library with all the artwork etc.
