Ive just signed up, and even though I am hitting the BUY button, they arnt appearing in my basket. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just fixed/broken now?

hit the buy button then top right of the screen hit view basket/checkout

scroll down to bottom of screen and hit CONFIRMATION

Then tick I ACCEPT TERM AND CONDITIONS BOX and hit PLACE YOUR ORDER

a screen will come up saying YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED


in the blue highlighted writing on that page hit ORDER DETAILS (its in the text of the writing)

that will take you to order page....just keep refreshing until download button appears at the bottom

if you haven't bought from Tesco before you will have to download their download manager program

remember to check the boxes by each hitpac to download it

Ps. it still works as I just downloaded another one just to check it for you

Ahhh, thats the problem, I dont have download manager, and it isnt compatable with the mac... Oh well, another business just casting aside the growing number of mac users. Anyway, cheers for going to all that effort hesjane, much appreciated and many thanks!

Ah well that explains why I can't make it work either.
I didn't get that message - I hit the buy button and it says it's been added to my basket.
Go to the basket and it says it's empty.
Can't add the free ones or any paid for ones.
Guess my credit card is staying in my bag, suppose it's one way of saving.

Surely I'm not the first person to post something sarky about having to pay ME to download Jamie Cullum MP3s??!

But some other good ones on there for us old codgers, such as Fairport Convention - downloading now!!
