Morning all, lovely and sunny here so full of get up and go

Miss H - can I be nosey and ask how old you are? You can say s*d off you cheeky mare if you like

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am nowhere near as old as 50 next year; and yet that's what my birth certificate keeps telling me..... !

I think of myself as 32.

Why on earth did you want to know?????!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I expect it's because you can't believe that I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to pacify my irate Mother ranting on about my sisters (51 and 47!). But she is nearly 80 and has blood pressure probs.....

ETA: Ah! No - I've just twigged: it's the swine flu jab, perhaps? I've had pleurisy a couple of times, so I'm on the 'Hit List' each Winter for flu jabs....

    Morning all,

Sending positive vibes to all that need with hugs thrown in for good measure. Just back from school and blood test and caught up with you all while decluttering a cup of the brown stuff. Going to go and put tea in slow cooker then have to work today so will try to fly later. Catch you all on the wing! x

  • In my first HHC I only managed to unpack the d/w and make a base for the shepherd's pie - now in the oven.

Got some washing to hang up; then I'm going to tackle that bathroom while I'm upstairs. Anyone for a HHC from 10:20ish-11:00ish?

I'm off now before I get sidetracked by an e-mail message which has just come in!

Woman been, sorted out all the stuff and I mentioned how cold the house is, she phoned someone about getting it insulated etc (it's prefab) and apparently it's being done at some point but I've been taken off the works list until it's been done, I'm gutted. No new anything now till God knows when, and it means buying it will be put on hold for even longer now. Really, really gutted, guess I'll just have to keep having a shower at OH's. She felt awful and made a hasty retreat.

What a waste of time! Ah well best get round to OH's take my emotions out on the hoover lol

    laters lovelies!

    Hi everyone!

I have my piggle-flu jab this afternoon, too,

Me too! I have a half hour appointment to discuss asthma options as it has been bad the last week. And both flu jabs!! I hope they are both in the same arm. I managed to damage my middle finger yesterday and it is huge, tight and bruised. I wanted to try to pop it but DH and DS2 persuaded me not to:)

So far no flying started yet but I will give the bathrooms a start soon. Even with my poorly finger.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
'I had a black dog, his name was depression".
  • In my last HHC:

    Dishes washed and dried
Two weeks of online banking reconciled - one of these days (years) I'll come out in credit

Hmmn what next, what next - not following any lists at the moment, it's just good to be flying again :T

    HHC 10.30 - 11.00 any one ???
  • Thursday ~ Bathroom and study.. ALL DONE!!!!

I can't believe how quick that was!! it only took me an hour to do everything, with lots of breaks in between. Wow, yup, now I understand why people do the flylady, it's makes your house so much cleaner & tidier in minimal time. THANK YOU!!

I used to think that doing the flylady takes all day of slaving over a hot stove, but I think I can try and keep this up if it only takes one or two hours a day :D

I still have few bits to be getting on with...

    [STRIKE]Make portable cleaning set[/STRIKE]
    sort out fragile box
    [STRIKE]bring things for charity downstairs[/STRIKE]
    work schedule
    sort out work notes
    [STRIKE]make OH's packed lunch[/STRIKE]
    find home for chillies
    plan spending for next year
    sort through curtains
